2. We will send you a SSAS application form, along with a Letter of Authority to appoint Simply SSAS as the Scheme Practitioner, plus our Terms of Engagement.
3. Bank account mandate. We request that Cater Allen is used as the SSAS bank account moving forwards. We are required to be co-signatories to the bank account as well
4. Once we have received the items requested, along with ID of each member (certified proof of name and address), we then request full scheme information from the existing Practitioner/Trustees
5. The current Trustees/Practitioner will be removed by a Deed of Removal and amendment. Plus, a new Scheme Administrator is appointed.
6. We, Simply SSAS Ltd, will be appointed as the new Scheme Practitioner for the scheme, with HMRC
