ABOUT SIMPLY SSAS
Simply SSAS Ltd is a Scheme Practitioner, but does not provide investment advice, or corporate trustee services. It SIMPLY provides a cost-effective management solution to limited company directors, to enable them (the Member Trustees), to run their own Small Self-Administered Scheme, ensuring that HMRC rules and pension legislation laws are complied with.
As a SSAS can be a complex to run, we have invested heavily into our administration processes so that we can efficiently support you year-on-year, whilst continuing to provide a personal, face-to-face service.
We act as co-signatories on the scheme bank account, in order to provide an additional layer of protection, to mitigate the risk of unauthorised tax charges.
Our senior team have over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and are well-versed in running their own SSAS arrangements and also run many other schemes, for multiple businesses across the UK.

WHY USE US?
Clients often come to us because they are dissatisfied with their current SSAS provider, typically in relation to hidden charges, excessive hourly rates, over-pricing and interference by third-party corporate trustees in relation to the investment of funds.
We have therefore created a solution where clients receive an extensive menu of fixed services for a fixed cost, but we will not interfere in the investment process. As a Scheme Practitioner, we simply let you know what is HMRC allowable to avoid unauthorised tax charges; in other words, we seek to ensure the SSAS remains HMRC compliant.
With us, you will deal with a real human-being. We offer an annual trustees meeting as part of our service and we have invested heavily into our systems, so we can take the reporting weight to HMRC and The Pension Regulator, off your shoulders.
